As I conceptualized the design, my emphasis rested on skillfully leveraging the letter 'T' to read as both weights and steps toward betterment. Equally imperative was the vibrant and diverse color palette chosen, offering creative flexibility that mirrors the brand's energetic and optimistic approach towards organization.
